The Florest

1. The Florest assumes no liability for any damages to persons or property, whether directly or indirectly related to the services provided by The Florest. (Guests understand, acknowledge, and agree that activities at The Florest – Hoa Trong Rừng inherently involve risks and hazards beyond the scope of safety measures and equipment provided by The Florest.)
2. Guests agree to abide by the authority of The Florest management and staff and comply with all safety, hygiene, forest protection regulations, and other rules established by The Florest, without exception.
3. The Florest shall not be held liable or legally obligated for any guests who violate Florest regulations or Vietnamese law.
4. Guests commit to refraining from using stimulants, consuming excessive alcohol, causing disturbances, or engaging in any behavior that may harm themselves or others while at The Florest.
5. Guests acknowledge that The Florest is located in a remote area of Da Lat and does not have medical equipment or modern facilities. Guests assume all risks and waive any claims or demands for compensation for any incidents, accidents, or illnesses that may occur during their stay at The Florest.
6. The operation of drones, flycams, and similar flying objects within the Da Lat city limits requires prior authorization. The Florest shall not be held liable or legally obligated for any guest who intentionally uses such devices within the Florest premises without the necessary permits and the explicit consent of The Florest.
